PROVINICAL
EXAMS & POST SECONDARY ADMISSIONS
As you are likely aware, the B.C.
Provincial government (Ministry of Education)
has designated all grade 12 Provincial
exams, with the exception of Language
Arts 12 and BC First Nations Studies, as OPTIONAL.
It is the student's decision, not the schools,
to write the optional Provincial exams.

24)

The following is a list of post-secondary
institutions and whether they require students
applying for admission are required the optional
provincial exams.
We will only post information about a specific
institution that:
- has been verified by
the institution in question, with a corresponding
email address or URL from the institution
- contains evidence
(i.e. URL or email directly from the institution)
that verifies the institution’s position
regarding gr.12 exams and admissions
We will post the evidence
(i.e. URL and or email from the institution) for
those interested counsellors to review themselves,
providing a measure of confidence that the information
is accurate and reliable.
WE
WILL NOT POST INFORMATION, BASED ON CONVERSATIONS
OR PRESENTATIONS NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Although this information maybe
accurate, I will only post information for which
I can also post a corresponding piece of EVIDENCE
that comes directly from the institution.
