Greetings Dave,

Here is CMU's NEW policy on BC Students (basically the same as UVic)

British Columbia: Grade 12 in a university entrance program with a minimum grade of C, 
or 60%, in English and in each of three additional provincially examinable courses.  
(Provincial examinations, however, are not required, unless they are mandatory to meet 
B.C. Graduation Program requirements.)

The information that you currently have for BC students is correct, but I'm
working on changing this.  I just spent some time in BC this weekend, and
many of the parents I spoke to weren't excited about the idea.  Also, I
believe that our other provincial counterparts don't require it.

I'll inform you if anything changes.
