Subject: BC student admissions - Provincial Exams
Dave,
I received this
through the grape-vine, and wanted to provide you with UPEI's
position:
Admission of BC
high school students to most undergraduate programs at UPEI is based on an
average of five academic Grade 12 courses.
The University of
Prince Edward Island does not require BC applicants to write Provincial Exams.
Where Provincial Exam results are presented for admission, they will be
considered along with the subject school grade.
Where students
chose not to write a provincial exam in a subject being assessed for admission,
the school grade will be used to base an admission decision.
Admission
guidelines for BC students can be viewed at:

Best
regards,
Darcy
